Dana Sacco has more than two decades of senior executive Employee & Labor Relations experience. In her career, she managed complex workplace issues across diverse industries (government, finance, education, retail, manufacturing, marketing, entertainment, communications). She has also served as HR leadership in both large corporations (>$20 billion annual revenue), as well as smaller business ($<1 billion annual revenue). As a result, Dana has unique experience in leading companies through high-risk employee decisions, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Dana founded HR Logic Solutions with a clear vision: to provide the highest quality yet practical HR guidance to small businesses that lack human resource expertise. As a successful business owner, she built her company through strong client partnerships and measurable success stories, helping organizations make confident decisions while reducing their risk.
