Dana Sacco has more than two decades of senior executive Employee & Labor Relations experience. In her career, she managed complex workplace issues across diverse industries (government, finance, education, retail, manufacturing, marketing, entertainment, communications). She has also served as HR leadership in both large corporations (>$20 billion annual revenue), as well as smaller business ($<1 billion annual revenue). As a result, Dana has unique experience in leading companies through high-risk employee decisions, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.
After starting her family, Dana founded HR Logic Solutions with a clear vision: to provide practical, high-quality HR guidance to organizations navigating complex employee decisions. As a successful business owner, she is committed to building her company through strong client partnerships and measurable success stories, helping organizations make confident decisions while reducing their risk.
