She has also served as HR leadership in both large corporations (>$20 billion annual revenue), as well as smaller business ($<1 billion annual revenue). As a result, Dana has unique experience in leading companies through high-risk employee decisions, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.
After starting her family, Dana founded HR Logic Solutions with a clear vision: to provide practical, high-quality HR guidance to organizations navigating complex employee decisions.
